By accessing and using Co-orbit's coworking space facilities and website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Co-orbit provides flexible workspace solutions including:

• Private Office spaces
• Dedicated Desk memberships
• Hot Desk (day pass and flexible options)
• Virtual Office addresses
• Conference Room and Meeting Room rentals
• Seminar Hall bookings
• Additional amenities (WiFi, parking, cafeteria, etc.)

3. Membership and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to maintain its accuracy.

3.3 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access cards and account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Billing

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment is due in advance for the selected membership period
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and UPI
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4.2 Pricing

• Virtual Office: ₹1,500 per month
• Conference Room: ₹1,000 per hour
• Meeting Room: ₹500 per hour
• Other services: As quoted

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Monthly memberships are generally non-refundable after the first week. Contact us for specific refund requests.

5. Usage Rules and Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the space for legitimate business purposes only
• Respect other members and maintain a professional environment
• Keep noise levels reasonable
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas
• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities of any kind
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Smoking or use of prohibited substances
• Unauthorized access to restricted areas
• Subletting your space without permission
• Bringing pets (unless service animals)

6. Access and Security

Access hours and security measures:

• Operating hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Access cards are non-transferable
• CCTV surveillance is in operation for security
• Lost access cards may incur replacement fees
• Guest access is permitted for up to 1 hour with prior notice

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Co-orbit is not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Data loss or business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Actions of other members or third parties

7.2 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Your own property and equipment
• Any damage caused by you or your guests
• Maintaining appropriate insurance for your business

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate your membership with 30 days' written notice. Monthly fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

8.2 By Us

We reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Engage in disruptive or illegal behavior
• Provide false information

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials at our facility, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, are the property of Co-orbit and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Force Majeure

Co-orbit is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or utility failures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
